§ 1 Terms of delivery/shipping
If nothing else has been agreed with the customer, the shipping flat rate of CHF 9.00 stated in the shopping cart applies. From an order value of CHF 300.00 the goods will be delivered free of charge. Delivery is usually made within two working days within Switzerland. If articles are ordered from different product partners, the delivery can consist of several partial deliveries. In this case the shipping costs will be charged only once. The prices quoted in the trobo. shop shop are net prices. Vouchers that are valid for certain product categories and/or products will only be charged for the same. 3 Conclusion of contract

7 Return of goods
